garmens at that time. After 10 years development,Man sum Group
has become a garment textiles industrial kingdom. Over 10 modernized
garment factories were invested in xiaolan and sanjiao town in
zhongshan. Guangdong province. They includer knitting,dyeing,printing,
starching,washing,sewing and marketing companies.Total employees are more than 10,000.Man sum Group takes up ared of 1800 mu,(around 13,000,000square feet),while the factories build-up area takes up over 5,000,000 square feet
and the dormitories take up ,600,000 square feet.There are 8 knitting
and woven garment plants.With over 8,000 skilful workers and over 7,000
all kinds of sewing machines,they can produce 10,000,000 dozens garments
perear.That output consists of underwear,baby wear,pajamas,jeans,woven
and knitted causal wear,and socks of all ages. There are seven interrelated
textiles factories.The knitting factory,who can knit 3,000 tons yarn per year,
has 160 different types of knitting machines.Zhongshan Fung wah woven
Printing & Dyeing Factory has 3 production lines from Japan and Germany and can dye 30,000,000 yards of woven fabric per year.Man sum(Zhongshan)Printing and Dyeing Factory output 36,000,000 pounds dyed fabric and 15,000,000 pounds
cone yarn.With seven printing machines from Japan and Nederland. Melvin Textiles Printing & Dyeing LTD. has the ability of printing 18,000,000 yards knitted and woven fabric per year.Manlian Washing Factory LTD.can wash 16,000,000 pieces gar-ments with 60 washing machines.Man way Textiles Starching Factory can starching 10,000,000 yards fabric.Feng Hua Socks Factory can produce over 20,000,000 pairs socks per year by the most advanced ltalian Computer Jacquard sock machines. The 50,000 square feet showroom displays most of the products in a very unique style and design idea. |
